Mediation

It is clear to everyone that conflicts are unimaginable without the conflict parties that cause them. However, the fact that many conflicts can be "resolved" more quickly and sustainably by the conflicting parties themselves is inconceivable to many. This is exactly what mediation can achieve - instead of delegating the decision on conflict resolution to external third parties (courts, arbitration tribunals), it enables the parties to resolve the dispute themselves under the professional guidance of an impartial mediator, who does not act as an advocate for the parties, but as an "advocate for the process". Unlike many a court judgement, which often harbours the seeds for further dispute, successful mediation ensures lasting "pacification".
