„Music business always was a globalised market. Digitalisation yet has led to another level of globalisation. Will market-virtualisation end up in a truly globalized market overcoming legal territoriality? Who will then set the rules? West or East? New emerging markets and the society as such in the East, especially in China, are much more „digital-driven“ then Western civilization. One earth – two worlds: the future is now – in the West very often as Science Fiction, in the East already as reality.
